The Concealed Carry Permit Class is an intensive eight-hour comprehensive review of handgun safety and concealed carry law, designed for all levels of shooters. This class stresses the responsibilities of the concealed carry permit holder, pistol technique, and different methods of carrying. Students must complete a live-fire exercise, firing at least 50 rounds and demonstrating accuracy by hitting 35 out of 50 shots, as well as pass a written exam with a minimum score of 80%. Completion of this class will give the student a completion certificate necessary when applying for a concealed carry permit. New shooters are welcome to attend but must complete the required live-fire training as part of the course.
